SELF-CONSTRUCTION

Advice on administrative, technical, financial, safety and security procedures in order to facilitate a nice “do it yourself” pathway.
VOLUNTEERING AND COLLABORATIVE BUILDING SITES
Building site volunteering and planning professional management for a social support for people in need and volunteers wanting to help and learn. Volunteering provides the opportunity to know about local natural construction materials and techniques together with a healthy and relaxing atmosphere.
PHILOSOPHY
BIOCONSTRUCTION
Understand bioconstruction as a whole of philosophies and construction techniques and topics which are focused on health and social equity of habitats and shelter creation. Avoiding harmful toxicities coming from systems and materials, improving Earth´s fertility.
ARCHITECTURE
A way to explain buildings like shelters, indoor and outdoor places charged by a great vitality and energy, make us understand territory and architecture not only like a container. Natural and local architecture balances the exchanges with the surrounding territory. As well as the involvement of designers, builders and inhabitants is a key point of social wellness.
LANDSCAPE
Territory as a whole of holistic systems. As a wider complexity going further than the sum of the parts. As a consequence, territory is something more than roads, crops, population or climate. In a context of ecological and social crisis, we may support technologies based on nature fertility, low-impact and social involvement.
SCIENCE
Through practice and expertise, using the scientific methodology, we create models and use knowledge for life. Taph Taph aims to disseminate the sciences of architecture, bioconstruction and landscape for citizens and sharing with other professionals.
ECOLOGY
Habitat and biology, concerning landscape, architecture and construction, as well as natural systems exchanges, are in the core of Taph Taph. As a result, multidisciplinary approach makes us build links with other scientists.
SOCIAL SUPPORT
Taph Taph encourages unanimous support for habitat improvement, fostering social links, supporting groups by means of technical support and reflection for people and entities sharing our values and principles.
